Nobody taught mental training back then. If you struggled, you just needed to "be tougher."
That advice didn't help.
I've been coaching soccer for 20+ years and have a Master's in Exercise Physiology.
Over those years, I kept seeing the same pattern I lived: talented athletes collapsing under pressure because nobody taught them mental performance skills.
Their programs trained physical and technical skills completely. Mental skills? Nothing.
So I built the system I wish I'd had as a player.
