I was an athlete from age 3—soccer, track, distance races. I trained hard, competed often, and did everything right on the physical side. But when pressure hit? I crumbled.

I was the guy who dominated in practice… and disappeared on game day. Confidence issues, overthinking, inconsistency—you name it.

Back then, no one was talking about mental training. And it cost me.

Now, as a coach, I’ve spent the last 16+ years doing something about that.
